- Physical damage checking in warehouse
- Evaluating stock damages
- Physical stock checking versus website
- Dealing with the 3rd party workshop for warehouse damage evaluation
- Sending cost approval to the managers
- Sending weekly report
- Have knowledge in identifying items which cannot be repaired
- Good team work
Aftersales Job description:
- Customer item damage evaluation
- Good communicating skills and excel knowledge is a must
- Good customer service
- Work under pressure
- Analyzing the situation
- Aftersales Tracker updation
- 48 hours timeline to answer email from CS team
- Good reporting skills in dealing with all brands
