JOB PURPOSE:

To provide fleet vehicles to internal and external customers within the agreed timescale thus exceeding the customers’ expectations.

To ensure that all lease documents are electronically filed and easily accessible to all.

To ensure all the spare key of rental vehicles and Dubai registration cards are tagged and filed on a timely manner.

To ensure the general procurement requests are actioned on timely manner.

To ensure Ex-fleet vehicles are sourced, refurbed and released to logistic department within agreed time line.

  • Reporting
  • Fleet operations
  • Supervising and Coaching
  • Customer complaints and resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Graduate.
  • Proficient in MS Office - especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Highly organized and customer orientated
  • Driving license is an additional benefit
