Job Description :
Oversee the administrative operations of the business together with the front & back of house operations. In charge of the department’s day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff and Managers, reporting to the Property Manager and responsible for providing support to the Property Management Team with regards to Site Condition Management, Stakeholder and Supplier management, Risk & Regulatory Management, Project Revenue & Financial Management, Administration & Reporting, Occupancy & Lease management and Quality Management & Tenant Relation.
Ensure monthly reports are received on time, review them, and meet Property Manager on associated date every month with all properties’ monthly reports for final approval.
Train new personnel on Masterkey, forms, internal processes (including approval processes)
Support to set up email addresses and workstations, provide Marketing & IT support for mailings, platforms & Masterkey.
Monitors all Tenant Relations Executives on Operations and reports on their performance to management at the end of every month.
Perform weekly/monthly audits on the property, operations and Masterkey data.
Create KPI’s for projects that do not have KPI’s established.
Addresses and communicates any kind of issues which are seen or brought up by tenants
Ensures the quality of all building signage’s and notices are as per the company policy
Notify or action of any anomalies or discrepancies that relate to the building or assigned floors
Requirements
Education : Diploma
Experience: minimum of 3 years in the same or similar field
