We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in property management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
Market and lease properties to potential tenants
Conduct property inspections and issue condition reports
Manage the maintenance and repair of properties
Resolve tenant issues and complaints
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
Prepare financial reports and budgets

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field
5+ years of experience in property management
Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
