Job description
Meridium is seeking an energetic and motivated individual who would be responsible for gathering requirements for training schedules and materials. In partnership with various departments this person is responsible for gathering data and reporting on certifications taken by the client as well as meridium employees. This person will be the single point of contact in relation to all trainings internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Support training projects from setup to completion
Maintain Training Calendars and catalogs
Create and submit all training reports.
Maintain Revenue/Cost tracking tools.
Coordinate printing and shipping of all training materials.
Coordinate and promote open enrollment training.
Manage all certifications internally and externally
Plan and Coordinate internal learning programs in the EMEA region.
Manage and maintain training invoices.
Maintain instructor/course rating tool.
Acting as the single point of contact for all training initiatives internally and externally
Work and collaborate with Global training & technical teams on training requirements.
Coordinate site logistics for training events.
Qualifications:
Proficient with MS Office.
Strong Presentation and demonstration skills
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Administrative role.
Ability to work with training developers on course descriptions & outlines.
Experience in providing IT Support for hosted environment setup support
Experience in Inventory Management
Knowledge of event management processes and shipping vendors
Knowledge of printing and binding tool services.
General knowledge of basic accounting processes.
Excellent team work and people skills
Being proactive and possessing good problem solving abilities.
