Job Summary:-

* Bring Lancôme makeup artistry, expertise by conducting highly exciting, fun makeup artistry events designed to educate customers on the latest makeup trends, tips & techniques.
* Represent Lancôme makeup expertise in front of press & Lancôme makeup population.
* Collaborate with marketing on event development, animation & product feedback.
* Train & develop makeup population.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:-

POS
- Generate retails sales growth through the successful execution makeup events.

- Build up & strengthen customer loyalty.

EDUCATION

- Train & develop the talent of makeup team.
- Refresh training before events take place.

PR

- Participates at each PR makeup events.

- Develop a goodwill relationship with journalists.

- Contribute to Lancôme makeup expertise offline & online.

Job Requirement:-

1) Professional makeup artist or makeup school graduate with 5 years field experience as makeup artist OR Senior Makeup Artist for 2-3 years.

2) Excellent presentation, communication & selling skills.

3) Ability to travel extensively.

4) Photo shooting, back stage makeup skills
