We are looking for a well experienced & a high energetic HR Manager for one of the Global companies in Dubai.
What will you do as a HR Manager?
You will be involved with talent acquisition / recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, 3rd party vendor relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc. The job involves keeping up to date with the daily HR activities including the employment laws & procedures.
Who are you as a person?
You will be someone who has strong experience partnering managers across a business, someone who can help drive the HR strategy and support the development of their team. You will need to be really proactive and be used to working in a relaxed but very fast paced environment and must be extremely flexible to the needs of the business.
