The Role
Argyll Scott are working with an international healthcare provider based in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join there established team.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the HR department and report to the HR Director. The role includes being part of the budgeting process, evaluating the total spend and researching areas of potential cost savings for the organisation. You are responsible for employee relations across the group with extensive HR administration. Experience within the healthcare and medical industry is required for this position.

*Ensure that the HR department supports the needs of the business and is flexible enough to cope with change.
*Provide day to day guidance, coaching, support and advice to managers on all human resource issues and management.
*Ensure that all policies, procedures and contracts are kept up to date in line with current employment law.
*Representing HR and participating in various internal and external groups and functions.
*Recruitment and on barding of new employees

Qualifications and requirements:

*At least 10 years of experience within HR
*At least years experience within the UAE
*Experience within healthcare
*Able to handle Career Development, Talent Acquisition, Policy & Procedures, and Rewards & Incentives.
*Degree educated with CIPD or equivalent
*Analytical skills
*Organizational skills
*People Management
