PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Assisting in the process of variation preparation and submittal.
? Preparation of material call-off schedules.
? Preparation of monthly claims and variations
? Preparation of project budgets.
? BOQ re-measurement and coordination of BOQ with client.
? Recalculation of costs as a result of design or other changes.
? Preparing and analysing costing for tenders.
? Vigilantly protects the financial and other interests of the Company.


FUNCTIONAL AND SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
? Site and desktop measurement experience.
? Assist with development of systems and procedures pertaining to quantity surveying.
? Reviews contractor or engineering submittals to determine reasonable estimate of costs.
? Maintenance of contract documentation in accordance with Project standards and requirements.
? Ability to quickly interpret proper quantities of materials and labour required for construction.
