Description: Graphic Designer

Graphic Design and Collateral
• Develop concepts for and design all RPE collateral materials, including direct mail, ads, postcards, newsletters, flyers, invitations, vouchers and coupons as needed
• Meet all deadlines set by the art director
• Manage printers to ensure brand and quality is maintained
• Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos and art, as well as clients logos and photos
• Assist Marketing team with brainstorming, marketing and advertising ideas
• Work with RPE staff to generate information and approvals for materials
• Miscellaneous
• Maintain collateral archives
• Assist with special events set up and breakdown as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Required)
• Excellent command in both Arabic and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
• Minimum three years experience in graphic design
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, reading and writing
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience quoting and managing print jobs, as well as working with printers
• Expert in Windows and Macintosh, expert working knowledge of Quark Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and excellent experience with Microsoft Office
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications or related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent internet user
• Initiative, innovative and proactive
• Team oriented, professional attitude with both co-workers and customers.

Qualifications (Desired)
• General marketing experience
• Writing and editing skills
