The Role
Compensation and Benefits Supervisor / Payroll Manager, Dubai, UAE
Up to AED 24,900 (monthly Base + Living Allowance), 25 days holiday, medical insurance, Travel allowance, Education Assistance, bonus (discretionary)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor / Payroll Manager to join one of the leading Oil and Gas companies in Dubai.

Requirements
Candidate Background

- 10+ years’ experience managing payroll through Oracle or another ERP system.
- Experience in a managerial/supervisory role
- Fluent English spoken and written skills, in particular writing skills to document and communicate information clearly and
concisely
- Degree in Human Resources and / or relevant Compensation and Benefits qualifications essential; Master’s Degree in
Human Resources strongly preferred; (CIPD) Qualification preferred
- Detailed understanding of the UAE Labour Law
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced MS Excel (spread sheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, Vlookups, etc)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Accuracy with large volumes of figures and data
