The Role
IT Business Partner / IT Project Manager, Dubai, UAE
Up to AED 21,300 (Base + Living Allowance), 25 days holiday, medical insurance, Travel allowance, Education Assistance, bonus (discretionary)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Partner/IT Project Manager to join one of the leading Oil and Gas companies in Dubai.

We are looking for a strong IT professional who can work alongside a broad range of stakeholders, consulting with them on all of the company’s IT requirements. This will include ensuring delivery of existing projects as well as putting proposals forward for future IT strategies.

Job Requirements
- Be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills including Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PRINCE2 methodology together with proven practical knowledge of IT systems and their development processes.
- Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills in arranging, managing and documenting outcomes of business meetings with internal and external customers, and in coordinating activities for multiple projects simultaneously
- Be able to manage potential conflict between stakeholder groups as well as manage customer expectations and set realistic project objectives

Requirements
Required Background
- Previous business knowledge of technical Engineering, Inventory, Finance or Oilfield operations preferred but not essential
- Excellent English spoken and written skills, in particular business writing skills to document and communicate information clearly and concisely
- University educated to Bachelor of Science level in a technical field (IT, Engineering or Applied Sciences)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 certification preferred
- Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) certification preferred
