Job description
To work for our Private Wealth Management Company in DIFC. Coordinate the daily support required to ensure client satisfaction with the Companies services and products. The CRM will proactively and accurately address the variety of requests from clients and while handling requests undertake that all aspects comply with legal, compliance and other internal company control procedures and policies.
Main Objectives & Responsibilities;
Uphold our quality of service levels at all times and go above and beyond expectations to excel in personal service to our distinguished clients.
Communication - written and verbal
Problem solving & complaints
Manage and guide clients
Escalate any risk matters
Adhere to compliance regulations at all times
Validate any payment requests - signatures/authorised persons
Validate incoming funds and meet AML regulations
Maintain upto date client files, applications and forms,
Assist with onboarding according to compliance requirements
Prepare information as and when required for annual reviews of accounts
Other requirements;
Comply with all instructions, procedures and processes of the business as required by law and regulations or business policy.
Oversee the credit card service provider relationship; coordinate the documentation and payment requirements with clients
Assist with periodic audits internal or external
Attend required compliance training throughout the year
Assist in projects as requested
Requirements

Bachelors in Finance related degree
Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a similar role
Wealth Management and/or Private Banking experience
Attention to details at all times
Remaining Confidential at all times
Prioritizing work
