About the Job:


A fantastic position has arisen for an ambitious Outlet Manager to join this most luxurious hotel within our Food & Beverage Service operations. Reporting to the Assistant F&B Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations - ensuring guest satisfaction is maximised and that commercial objectives are achieved.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Sustaining and improving the incredibly high service standards expected from our guests, organising special in-suite events and as required handling guests complaints to successful resolution.
 
Ensure that food is prepared to agreed recipes and served to exquisite standards.
 
Managing the orientation & training of new team members, including training the team on any new products or service offerings.
 
Ensuring your colleagues are managed effectively - including personal development plans and feedback sessions - ensuring communication across the team is effectively managed through appropriate channels.
 
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
 
The successful candidate will have a certified college or university degree from a leading Hospitality Management institution and will possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a luxury lobby lounge in a management role. You will already have people management experience - and have demonstrated your ability to inspire, motivate and lead a large team.

Other requirements include intermediate level Microsoft Office applications knowledge, particularly Excel and Power Point, and high level of written and verbal business English is mandatory. Other languages including Arabic, Russian, German, French & Italian would be a distinct advantage.
