We are an after school club/Holiday care provider for children of age group 4 to 9 yrs within school premises.

Position: Program Manager/Supervisor

IDEALLY SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE AS NURSERY OR PRIMARY TEACHER IN UAE.

Essential Qualities:

• Experience of working with 4 to 9 year old children of mixed nationality
• Experience of conducting activities like art & craft and fun games
• Experience of dealing with customers/parents
• Experience of working in a supervisory or management capacity
• Understanding the varied needs of children and families
• Appropriate qualification
• Appropriate child protection training
• Providing and facilitating safe, stimulating play
• Ability to work as a team member and demonstrate leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills together with sufficient understanding and use of English to ensure the well-being of the children
• Ability to work on own initiative, using judgement and common sense

Desirable Qualities

• At least 2 years experience of working in a childcare setting in UAE
• Experience of working within a play-based setting
• Current UAE driving licence preferred
• Current Pediatric First Aid Certificate preferred
