Computer literate is a must
Previous experience in a broker, insurance or TPA in medical department highly desirable
Has a medical degree (nursing , pharmacy, medtech, physiotherapy et al)
Excellent communication and customer service skills – oral and written
Call Center previous experience is a plus
Able and willing to work under pressure
