One of Dubai’s leading Dance Studios is looking for a dynamic & motivated Receptionist / Retail Assistant. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the studio, classes, instructors, student signups, marketing support etc.

You must love working with people, have a positive outgoing personality and have good customer service experience and any marketing experience would be a plus.

Key Qualifications
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships across all levels.
• Maintain intimate understanding of James and Alex Dance Studios, and its products.
• Ability to perform well under pressure with deadlines.
• Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both 1-on-1 as well as in front of a full room.

Job Description
• Overall Business
◦ Promote James and Alex Dance Studio and all its product at various events, centres, schools, and businesses.
◦ Set and agree marketing budget with management.
◦ Design any and all major sales materials as well as packages.
◦ Promote James and Alex Dance Studios professional dancers and shows to various events.
◦ Build fruitful relationships with talent scouts, event organisers, schools, businesses, and others to increase overall business.
◦ Keep detailed records of customers and partners along the way.
• Corporate Sales
◦ Provide input on the development of corporate programs and the associated marketing.
◦ Prepare sales material for corporate customers highlighting our offerings.
◦ Research potential corporate customers and contact them.
◦ Meetings and presentations with each customer.
◦ Sell various packages including team building, special corporate discounts on lessons, performances by professional dancers, and entire entertainment packages which include shows and lessons.
• Kids Program
◦ Provide input on the development of kids programs and the associated marketing.
◦ Seek and develop meaningful partnerships with kindergartens, schools, kids entertainment centres.
◦ Sell various packages to parents including kids classes and performances.
◦ Create a presence at various major children-centric events including exhibitions.

Education
• High School Degree, minimum
• Sales field experience, minimum 3 years
• Strong English language proficiency (written and oral)
• Computer literate in the main office programs

Benefits Offered : Monthly Salary: 6,000 - 7,999 AED
