We are looking for candidates to work with our organization as Customer Service Executive in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
A complete documentation check & verification as per the standards and guidelines set by BLS and The Indian Mission.
Answering queries of all applicants and educating applicants on rules and guidelines.
Communicating and educating the customers in a polite and helpful manner.
Responsible for complete data entry with no errors.
Constantly updating self on product knowledge
Guiding the applicants on the process involved.
Cash Handling and reporting accurately.
Requirements:
