We are looking for a smart, motivated, outgoing and open minded lady as a Travel Assistant for our travel & tours company based in Dubai .

Candidate Must have excellent communication skills

Airline Ticket booking
Typing & posting UAE visa applications.
Day to Activity Reporting

Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities.
Contacting airlines, hotels, and ground transport companies such as coach operators to make suitable arrangements.
Using the computer database to research information about Hotel Accommodation Fares and hotel ratings.
Planning and advertising different promotions.
