JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible in coordinating & assisting all the functions related to sales in and out of the company.
• To adhere to policies and procedures ensuring the smooth functioning of the Sales Department and will include key responsibilities such as:
• Assisting a group of 2 Sales Engineers and a Sales Account Manager in their daily sales requirements to improve sales and invoicing to reach the given target.
• Coordinating all the Sales related activities from each department including the supervision of arranging Technical Submittals & Catalogues as per project requirements.
• Drafting letters on behalf of Sales Manager and General Manager for any sales related activities.
• Follow up for Deliveries, Payments and Enquiries and fulfilling the client requirements.
• Preparing overall sales report and invoicing, preparing the monthly & yearly Sales Report and moreover the daily reports of the pending actions of all Sales Engineers.
• Dealing quickly and efficiently with the client enquiries or complaints over phone and solving them within the given time period.
• Preparation of Pre-Qualification document according to project & sales requirements.
• Preparing & keeping track of various files related to sales, especially for the incoming inquires and outgoing quotations.
• Establish & maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Should be result oriented, self-motivated and with a positive attitude. Should have the ability to act fast and coordinate all the sales activities from each department and produce positive result that will end up in company’s profit and that too in limited time.
